PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT SETS OUT THE TERMS UNDER WHICH REACH PLC OFFERS YOU USE OF ITS SERVICES AS DEFINED IN CLAUSE 1.1 OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES AND/OR THE WEBSITE YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT THEY SHALL APPLY TO YOUR USE. This Agreement is made between you and Reach plc whose registered office is ONE CANADA SQUARE, CANARY WHARF LONDON, E14 5AP.
The Services
By means of the Website, Reach plc makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service, where The Company place advertisements for positions which they have and if interested you may submit responses to such positions (the "Services").
The Services are only available on the completion of the registration section of the Website including confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
Use of the Website and the Services
Reach plc make no warranty that the contents of any and all e-mails communicated through the Site are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.
The Website and/or the Services may include links to websites and/or services owned and/or operated by third parties. These are provided for your convenience only and Reach plc is not responsible for and does not give any warranties or make any representations regarding any such websites and/or services and is not responsible for or liable in relation to the content or your use of such websites (save to the extent required by law).
You acknowledge that Reach plc is not responsible for third party content on the Website and that Reach plc cannot ensure that material presented on the Internet is legal. Reach plc will not limit access to material unless notified that it is illegal.
Reach plc will not be a party to any communications whatsoever between you and those responding to any use which you may make of the Services, although Reach plc reserves the right to monitor any such communications which are made by you or third parties by means of the Website and/or the Services.
Availability of the Website and the Service
Reach plc does not promise full, uninterrupted or error free operation of the Website and/or the Services. All liability of Reach plc, its directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the Website and/or the Services is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law.

These Registration Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our general Terms and Conditions (see above) and our Privacy Policy. These Registration Terms and Conditions apply to our discussion forums, and will apply to you if you register with us. Where you are asked to complete a registration form the personal details that you provide must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to notify us of any changes which are relevant to your registration.
We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Registration Process
Before you are able to access Registered Users' Areas you must read through these Registration Terms and Conditions. To register you need to provide a verifiable email address, complete the required fields on the registration form and read and accept these Registration Terms and Conditions. Once you have done this we will send you a confirmation email with your registration information.

Termination

Claims
You agree to indemnify Reach plc and all companies within the Reach group for all losses, costs, actions, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or incurred by Companies within the Reach plc group in or as a consequence of your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Website and/or Services (save to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction holds that such a claim arose due to an act or omission of Reach plc).
Liability
Neither we, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Website, will be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party including without limitation any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, whether in tort, contract or otherwise (including without limitation negligence) in connection with: your use, inability to use or the results of use of the Website, any websites linked to the Website or the material on such websites; or any amount or kind of loss or damage including without limitation any loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data, or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Website or your downloading of any Material from the Website or any websites linked to the Website.
In so far as we are able we exclude all liability for all direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with the use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, fraud, or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter. You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.
Reach plc reserves the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any companies in the same group as Reach plc or any other third party. In the event of assignment or transfer, notification will either be given to you by e-mail or posted on the Website.
If your use of the Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of your equipment, software or data, you assume all costs of this.
Submission of Content
As a Registered User you may post or upload Your Content to the Website as long as you comply with our content standards, community guidelines and Terms and Conditions. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non exclusive licence to use Your Content on the Website, and subject to your permission for any other uses as we may require in any and all media. This includes, without limitation, the right to sub-license to third parties via any and all media (whether existing now or invented in the future). You agree that before posting or uploading Your Content you are responsible for obtaining all releases, consents and/or licenses necessary for uploading Your Content on our Website and for any subsequent use of that content by us in accordance with these Registration Terms and Conditions.
You promise that you are the person depicted in any images or recordings submitted as part of Your Content and if you upload any images or recordings of any third party, you have obtained the prior written consent of that party to submit such content to our Website.
Content Standards
You agree whenever you submit Your Content to our Website or contact other Registered Users you must comply with our Content Standards and community guidelines. If you do not comply we reserve the right to suspend or ban you from using the website and the Registered User Areas without notice.

We reserve the right to reject, block, suspend or remove Your Content at any time at our sole discretion. We in no way guarantee that Your Content or any part of it will be displayed on the Website. Any content is published at our discretion.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision, or part thereof, shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity

If you opt to provide Date of Birth, Sex, Marital Status or Nationality information, this information is gathered for diversity monitoring and reporting only and will not be used in the recruitment and selection process.

Reach plc uses your IP address to help track where you came from and what services you are using, to help us administer our web site and to improve our services.
